DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
Sports massage is aimed at elite athletes as well as athletes in general. These massages are designed for the preparation of physical activity, as well as after training or competition, helping you to improve your performance, well-being and concentration.
The aim is to relieve the musculature, accelerate recovery and rest, and dissolve the tension and/or psycho-emotional stress that accompanies the professional athlete.
I also perform massages to invigorate the muscles through stronger and faster maneuvers that stimulate blood circulation, excellent as preparation for physical activity, and maintenance massages.
